The Bounty Begins

With just the right combination of rain and heat, the garden has literally exploded with growth in the past two weeks! The tomatoes are covered with yellow blossoms, the broccoli and cauliflower are producing and we’ll be having zucchini and summer squash very soon.

The first crop of string beans is not very far behind. Flowers are forming on the peppers and eggplant. The melons are covered with hundreds of blossoms and we’re baby melons are starting to form. Summer’s bounty is upon us! It only gets better, and we couldn’t be happier!

We’re now full-swing into our two farmer’s markets: in Gloucester on Thursdays from 3 to 6:30 p.m.,

…and at the Riverwalk Farmstand in front of the Riverwalk Gallery in Amesbury every Sunday, from noon to 3 p.m. We hope you’ll come and visit us there!
